Designing for users has always been at the core of my work, and the key to a successful project. I begin with curiousity, empathy and a desire to understand the end-to-end journey. My experience includes user research and testing, prototyping, content design and data analysis.
Bridging the gap between business goals and user needs is where I thrive. I’ve run workshops, guided remote and guerilla testing, and used real data to design with insight. I’ve created award-winning solutions that add value, cut costs, and make services more accessible. My goal is to create joyful experiences for people that move organizations forwards.
