UX STRATEGY

In the last six years, I've focused on user experience strategy at an enterprise scale. I provided thought leadership on member experience for the BC Pension Corporation. I helped evolve their communications towards being more holistic, data-informed and user-centric. I created frameworks to understand audiences better and designed optimal journeys. I guided teams to think about the member's 'Job to be Done' and how to deliver real value.

I see UX strategy as a bridge between insight and right action. It’s about closing knowledge gaps, and designing systems that work for the people who use them.
I led initiatives that improved outcomes for members and influenced organizational priorites. My goal is to create user experiences that are enriching, measurable, and sustainable.
